Pulse Jet Cartridge Filters

• These are the second generation filters, all the cartridge filters employ the pulse jet cleaning method to clean the dirty surface making it suitable to be used as for continuously operated systems. ON LINE ‘cartridge cleaning’ regime is based on time duration.

• Our ranges of pulse jet cartridge dust collectors are well suited for practically all the industrial application where the particulate matter is to be collected. However, the cartridge filters cannot withstand the hydroscopic dust, hot gases, very low density fluffy particles or the sticky dust.

• The type of cartridge selection, the number of folds and depth of pleats are critical, the success or failure depends on it.

• The range is configured around four sizes of seal frames; with horizontally or vertically mounted cartridge elements having different lengths and coupled with either 250 mm or 320 mm diameters cartridges, enables us to use standard components to make up a custom-engineered product for a specific application.

• The pulse jet dust collector has no internal moving parts and maintenance is minimal. The pulse jet timer is field-adjustable for pulse duration and interval. The collector construction is of folded/bolted type, with suitable stiffeners provided. The standard equipment comes complete with auto drain moisture separator and pressure regulators.

• Further, each collector is pre-assembled, tested with fan running and sequence control energized to check for various parameters. After successful testing, they are dismantled to apply final coat of our standard shade of Blue and reassembled ready for dispatch.

CARTI-PULSE UNIT:

• These are the Self-contained ‘unit concept dust collectors’ and can be fitted with Secondary and HEPA Standard filters for the ultimate efficiency, whereas the pressure relief panels can also be fitted for ultimate Safety. The bottom dust hopper sections can also be readily adapted to suit the application needs.

CARTI-PULSE PORTABLE:

• They are sized to pass through standard door openings. Three stage filters are used along with turbo blower due to associated high pressure requirement. Filters are mounted on sturdy base frame swivel type lockable wheels are provided with push-pull handles making them no-nonsense industrial vacume cleaner.

• In normal circumstances, the filter need to be parked away near a dedicated compressed line for it to be pulse cleaned after a prolong use.

• The filters can be used as a static dust collector to serve a process requirement as dual purpose can be served.

• When constructed from Stainless Steel and fitted with The HEPA Standard filters it can be most suitable in a pharmaceutical process rooms.

CARTI-PULSE CASED:

• With adaptable configuration that can be termed as ‘Universal dust collectors’ with no limitation of physical size. It can be fitted with Pressure Release panels, Secondary Filters, and built-in Expansion chamber along with the choice of dust discharge equipment.

• OFF LINE cleaning can be employed along with pressure sensitive cleaning sequence.

CARTI-PULSE INSURTABLE:

• This range is mainly intended to be used for dust collection at source for transfer points on belt conveyors and silo venting in pneumatic conveying system.
