Mechanical Shaking Unit Bag Filters
The 'UNIFILTER' series offers customizable filter sizes using standard components. Over a hundred units were installed before Pulse Jet filters. These filters use woven or felted media, with automatic mechanical shaking for bag cleaning, requiring periodic shutdowns.
Our ‘UNIFILTER” series includes the following range and can be clubbed together to give the required filter size always using the standard components.
More than hundred units are installed before the technology up graded Pulse jet filters came into existence.
The filters are normally fitted with woven or light weight felted filter media. The cleaning of bags is achieved by auto mechanical shaking arrangement thus needing periodic shut-down for auto cleaning of filter media.
STAND ALONE STANDARD UNIT:
The collectors are self contained unit concept with host of alternative combinations such as:
Built-in fan set, filter chamber, dust container, and can be fitted with secondary filters and pressure relief panels as optional items.
HOPPER TYPE UNIT:
Built-in fan set, filter chamber, and custom made hoppers, can be fitted with secondary filters and pressure relief panels as optional items.
VENTING TYPE UNIT:
Consisting of filter chamber, and can be fitted with fan-set, secondary filters and pressure relief panels as optional items.
