Cyclones

Our cyclone dust collectors deliver required efficiency, low cost dust collection, and separation. Applications include chemical processing, ore processing, machining, paper converting, wood shop dust collection and involving sticky materials such as buffing machine application. 

Various types of cyclones are developed each have a range to cover the different needs. They can be clubbed together to handle required air volume for a given requirement. 

HE SERIES:

• High efficiency cyclones are used where process requirements are to be met. 

ME SERIES:     

• Medium efficiency cyclones can be used as stand-alone dust separators. Suitable for explosive and high sparking dusts and can installed in plant, or out of doors. 

HV SERIES:      

• High Volume cyclones are generally used as primary separators prior to the fabric filters. Generally used as stand-alone separators where high density dust is to be handled. 

MC SERIES:    

Multi cyclones are used where high density dust is to be separated. The selection is strictly based on dust characteristics. Still used as pre separators for coal fired boilers and similar applications. 

G SERIES:        

• These are the wide body cyclones and are best suited for use when course dust such as wood waste, rice husk and baggase is to be handled. 

  
  

• G series cyclones can be adapted to segregate two sizes of collected dust. Normally two way valves are fitted under the cyclone with the fan set located on are the dirty side. 

Other available features include: 

•  Mild steel construction from 2mm to 5mm plate is standard 

•  Stain less or other material construction can be used based on requirement. 

•  Choice of Rotary valves, trickle valves and two way valves
