Centrifugal Fans

These were originally developed for the projects work and used for own products only, Following are the series of fans each have a particular implicational advantage in dust control system. 

Standard Features: 

• Statically and dynamically balanced impellers 

• Belt and shaft guard 

• Drain plug at the bottom of scroll 

• Fabricated Steel Base frame 

• Inspection doors in the scroll 

Optional Features: 

• Flexible Inlet Connection 

• Flanged Outlet (Undrilled) 

• Flexible Outlet Connection piece 

• Flanged Inlet (Undrilled) 

• Motor Weather Cover 

• Vibration Isolators 

• 2-Speed Motor /Variable frequency drives. 

RB series:

• Fans are fitted with Radial Blade impellers, fan efficiency is low when compared with new generation fan sets. 

• Used where heavy dust is to be handled. 

BC series:

• Fans are fitted with Backward Curved blade impellers offers, high efficiency. Vibration and noise are both very low, and silencers are usually not required. 

• Used where clean air is to be handled and will withstand some dust. 

BI series: 

• Fans are fitted with Backward Inclined straight blade impeller develops medium range pressure. 

• Used where wet or moist dust is to be handled, it offers self-cleaning characteristics. 

HP series: 

• Narrow body fans are fitted with Backward or straight Blade impellors design is meant for high-pressure application 

• Used on dust collectors where high pressure is required also suitable for Air Slide conveyors.
